In 2020 I won Australian Ninja Warrior and as amazing as that was I was left with the question of "whats next".

In order for me to accomplish such a huge life goal I had to go through a lot of tough times and learned a huge amount about fitness/mindnset/motivation.

I decided to combine my knowledge on fitness and mindset with my videography skills and weird sense of humour to create content for people looking to improve their physical and mental health.

I also produce music under the same name "Ben Echo"
