After handling and experiencing my own business, I decided to study the science of baking and confectionery. I usually make this using just custard powder. I usually make chocolate cake so its perfect for me to use. I first melt the chocolate and cocopowder with the milk then when its all combined, i add the custard powder, **mixed with water to form a liquid** into the chocolate mixture, mix for a while until it thickens and then transfer into a bowl to cool, just whip it once before use. Then you can just use it or follow the steps from this recipe to make it into a cream by adding the heavy cream.
