Hi!! Welcome to my channel! :) I share what Cerebral Palsy is like through my lens!
Subscribe to my channel to get a glimpse of my life, with everything from accessible travel, adaptive fitness, dating, cooking and trying new things to spreading awareness for causes I care about and breaking down stigmas disabled people face daily. All with a smile of course. :)
Setting a proper morning routine is essential to having a good start to the day. Coffee/tea, then shower, have breakfast then if you don't go out sit for 30 min infront of your living room window or window that has the morning sun shining through it which will wake your body up. Do some exercises also just to help you wake up. Since my back is also in bad shape I have an adjustable height perching stool so I can alleviate the strain on my back while I food prep.
Your an Angel Chelsea ! Being able to talk so openly about your disability takes guts ! I hope others with disabilities are learning to be strong and brave like you are ! God Bless you always !
I've been struggling with this the last 10 years or so mainly due to a back injury from a car accident. My CP is harder to manage now because of the back injury and can't move or hardly keep my balance. I take Robaxin 750mg 3x day along with Ibuprofen 800 3x day. I also take .50mg Xanax 3x day for that and anxiety and jumpy/startles. It helps somewhat, but not like a few beers does. My medical insurance doesn't cover all my PT. Idk if it covers massages, but I do use a TENs unit on my back and legs.
Positive comments please. This wasn’t a post for comments at all, just some pretty little girl out walking. I see other videos of mother of 50 trying to be like her daughter of 21, those vids are disgusting. Read those idiot comments……….
