Capitalism works in truly free open markets, not when government bails out banks and corporations with tax payer dollars. Also didn’t help when they used massive QE during Covid because the Biden admin wanted to use politics to shut the economy down so they could commit fraud with mail in ballots. The trillions of dollars they spent on stimmy checks and unemployment is what you are feeling today with this inflation. Rates should of went to 7% way back in 2019-2020
everyone complaining about housing prices but nobody wants to pick up a hammer and actually do the hard work to build their dream home or make honest money. everyone is tired of watching people skim off the top and not pay the workers their due.

I’m in the same boat bro. Bought properties during the last downturn but missed calculated and sold off everything too soon. Now we’re stuck renting for the last few years. All I can do now is be patient knowing the crash is coming soon. Love your videos. Good luck with everything bro 😊

So, when the average person figures out that there is a de facto foreclosure moratorium...millions of them will probably stop paying. That will, in effect, be like a massive stimulus check program which will boost consumerism, GDP and inflation and thereby prevent other foreclosures. It's easy to see how "this" crash could take five years to fully play out. But it has already begun, that much is crystal clear.
I lost over $70k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. I believe in some areas there they make you sign a form saying you won’t grow a vegetable garden because it’s built on toxic mine tailings from the massive Copper mine.

They kept my deposit of $6k even after pushing out my date so many times and I no longer qualified (travel nursing and could not renew my next contract-would have been a pay cut to take a permanent position at the time). Also my home sat in chicken wire for months while the rest of the neighborhood progressed. This was in Waddell, AZ. I’m pretty sure I became less of a priority when I switched mortgage companies because their rates were high. Buyer beware. Moved to Texas but still feel butt-hurt after Lennar screwed me.
