Elise about 50 years ago I had a huge garden and a Hugh crop of tomatoes! I washed them, dried them and popped them in the freezer, as is. I put them directly into the pot or skillet. They cooked down like mashed or stewed tomatoes. The core usually separated in the process and easily was spooned out. I got this method from a senior farm lady at her vegetable stand. That means that my method of freezing tomatoes has been around at least a hundred years!

Hi!!! I'm not a fan of the Shea butter smell. Can I use mango butter or cocoa butter? Will it come out too greasy if I use one of those as a replacement of shea?

@TheCrunchyGinger I'm one of those girls who looooooooooooooooooooooooooooves to make stuff at home! My American mom says most air fresheners like Airwick plugins give her a headache. Strange they don't seem to do that to me! I'd love to try making this spray one day, as my provider has health issues, and if she ever has to make a poo in my bathroom, I wanna make sure it smells clean, as the smell of a poo is usually pretty rotten! I don't have distilled water, but I do have filtered water, made with regular tap water in a Brita pitcher. Would that work? I also have rubbing alcohol on hand as well. One of my favorite scents is ... wait for it ... baby powder!
Wondering if this works for the Instant Pot and related seals as well as the 4L water distiller silicone seals since seams the same material at the least. Smells similar when like new. Any thoughts? Thanks for sharing. Will keep this in mind for my silicone ware.
Can I lay a silicon mat on a tray covered with aluminum foil and bake? is it safe..and also I have read elsewhere that it's not good to use the broiler while using it..any idea if it's true
I did mine with roughly equal parts of tapioca starch, baking soda (I wanted the texture to make it more of a volumizing powder), sandalwood talc, turmeric, ginger power, cinnamon powder. These colors work great with my warm blonde hair and don't look like I just dumped baby powder into my roots. Works great!
My reason for coming here was to find out what not to use this on.I have a part time job cleaning extended stays and I dont like the idea of cleaning fridgeraters and microwave with chemicals I dont know how my coworkers inhale the clorox cleaner ,I cant breathe,I dawn a mask

I just subscribed :) I think that I'm going to try this recipe today, thank you :) I like your hat, it looks really good in that color/style of yarn :) If it's the same pattern that I'm thinking about, it's a really fun hat to work up! I used to make this hat and another one called Lakeside men's hat which is easy and looks nice as well :) P.S. Your hat would look so cute with 2 wooden buttons sewn on :)
