It's such a shame that Jim didn't listen to Tammy Faye. PTL was an excellent idea, so beautifully maintained. Our troubled country could benefit from just such a place now. Had Jim listened, maybe even Tammy Faye would still be alive. I'm certain having to endure all that stress and pain is what brought on her horrible cancer. Tammy saw the wolves in sheeps clothing and warned Jim. Unfortunately, he refused to believe her. Her music and ministry still uplift me. Whenever I'm down, i pray and listen to Tammy Faye. Jim's new ministry and wife are so phony. Jim has turned into a snake oil salesman.
People may have forgotten or didn’t know this, she was abusing prescription pills at this time, she nearly died and had to be flown to a hospital to save her life. She said one time in an interview, she had so many drugs in her, it could have killed an elephant. I really did love and miss Tammy! 😢

It was good to see the MacLeod's share their story. After they got back together, you could see a difference in Gavin's acting on Love Boat. He eas calmer and even friendler. He must have been struggling with a lot to divorce Patti. She didn't lose hope or faith that they would get back together.
I don't know who in there right mind would sell a LIFETIME Membership, Even at 1,000 dollars in the 1980s, inflation would eat that 1,000 up within just a few years. I think it would be a very big risk especially for lifetime 🤔
I wonder how many of these closest people to Tammy,there that day,to celebrate her birthday,praise Tammy when she and PTL were on top,were also still with her,when she was at her lowest and PTL had crashed,due to Jim's actions and the religious fanatical hypocrites who stole her ministry,for their not gods peoples gain??? I hope she had at least one of them still with her. I'm sure she learned the old every lasting truth that times like that show who your true friends really are. RIP Tammy you will never be forgotten.
Tammy Faye was such a truly beautiful and genuine human being. None of us are perfect ! I think she came close. Sweet, Pure heart full of Love and forgiveness.
This must have been a massive undertaking putting this show together on Christmas day in the lobby of the hotel. Just moving the grand pianos alone probably took a couple of days to set up. Not to mention all the work it would take for all the singers and orchestra to perform.
