Vielen Dank!

Brilliant demonstration of the method described in Ivan Law’s book. I’m just about to try it on my Myford Super 7 lathe, with the Myford dividing attachment . . . . Kind regards, Steve A.
Very nice work. But I was missing to see port matching of cylindre gaskets to engine block and then to cylindre itselves with special attention around transfer ports 😉
17:58 - "Get off my shoulder, I'm going as fast as I can!" LOL! Thanks for your effort of doing these videos. I know it adds a whole additional layer of work to projects. Now...Back to work!
Those final 120° were only for style because the goose unhardening already took place. As for the rest, it's an awesome set-up and a lot of work. PS: you must be one of the rare people on RU-vid that calls transducers by their real name 😊.
Besten Dank. Gruß aus dem Badischen.
Isn’t .14mm a bit much for a press-fit? (In softer steel that much might be needed, though…) I had read a more-usual amount was about half or one third that, but I think that was presuming a fairly hard crank wheel, e.g. 40+ RC or so.
I have recently bought a 1973 K2 CB500/4 with a single front disc. I've had only 1 ride on it and the front brake is dreadful (I'm a bit spoilt with the front brake on my Yamaha MT10). When I can get to have a look at the Honda, I hope to see the best way to give the bike a good front brake. Really good and very instructive video.
Thank you very much for your response. Indeed, the single discs of the CB750 and the CB500Four are really not up-to-date. If you compare them to the double disks of a modern bike like my Yamaha FJR 1300 it'a a difference like day and night.
Very impressive and detailed video. Very easy to understand. Please make Video Showing Step by Step procedure on how to Cut Spiral or Helical Bevel Gear on Milling Machine. Please include also your computation.
Thank you for the great explanation for cutting bevel gears 👍. I needvto cut a new bevel gear for my schaublin milling machine. The only difference is that it's not a parallel depth tooth but the depth of the tooth is deeper at the big outer radius . I like to ask where i can find the information on how to calculate the information for the 2nd and 3rd cut , specially the offset and the number of holes for the 2nd and 3rd cut. Thanks for any help and sharing these great videos 😀👍
The best and most informative tutorial about parallel depth bevel gears on the whole internet. Thanks a lot. I have a question about the depth of cut. How do you come to 5.5mm? Should the depth of teeth be equal to a spur gear with the same module? (which is 2.25 * m)
