You are literally the best employment lawyer in the world probably your legal advice has gotten me through some tough situations and it has uniform nationwide application. This employment law stuff is complicated, challenging, and tainted. If someone offers you $75,000 and your out of $250,000 take the $75,000

If anyone is still here watching these videos, I’m gonna tell you right now if you have hired an employment, lawyer and the employment lawyer is free whatever you can get out of mediation take it. The stuff that Richard Celler says has uniform nationwide application. These employment lawyers can care less about what happened in the workplace you’ve been discriminated against. They hear workplace discrimination and a possibility of a quick $50,000 settlement. if you don’t take that, they’re probably gonna unload you at some point. No matter how much wages you are out of no matter how detrimental the discrimination was. Nobody really cares when these things go to court it’s about the two attorneys and an attorney is willing to get some insurance company to give you $50,000. Take it and run because that’s about all you’re gonna get. The discovery process the deposition process is all in favor of the defendants. The only time you will have a real shot at one of these cases is if the EEOC takes it up. That signals to the federal court that there’s something that really needs to be addressed. That doesn’t take the money and run.

What about 84 hours a week zero overtime . They say we are paid by a daily rate BUT… the paycheck reflects an hourly pay rate. Only some get overtime and that’s anything over your 84 hours per week and it was paid in a daily rate but now it pays in hourly rate. Huge company could be largest case in your career, seriously .

I would like to speak to you. I am in south Florida and I have been wrongfully terminated but forced me to quit because I asked for ada accommodations never got them because my supervisor thinks it was not needed.

Hi Richard. I was recently fired a month and a half ago for a false allegation of sexual harassment. BTW, I live in the at will state of Washington state. I've asked my former employer more than once who made the accusation? They didn't tell me the day I was fired, and they won't tell me as of yesterday when I called the HR person. I wasn't given a minute to defend myself. I believe it's a case of age discrimination on the part of the employer. I'm 66 1/2 years old. Coincidentally, the exact age that I'm eligible for Social Security. I had no thought whatsoever of retiring until I would be 70. I'm still in very good health as I have no issues at all. I was NEVER late for work, and I always got my work completed. And I was never written up for anything. I worked for a Pepsi affiliated bottling company. My question is: Is the employer required to tell the accused who made the allegation?

Our HR isn’t on sight they come every few weeks . I live in Delaware and I’ve been out of work a week now because I work with dangerous chemicals and ever since that day at work when I got sick I haven’t been the same I’ve been very sick and I don’t wana go back. I want a new career I don’t know what to do because I need the money to get a house. I’m desperate for any advice

I work with dangerous chemicals and I cannot take it. We need better ventilation and respirators. I’m not the only person who gets the packing in my nose and I have not been to work in over a week because I have been very sick to my stomach out of nowhere. I don’t want to go back to this job

Employer demands doctor's verification for leave of absence due to my own medical emergency, PCP/doctor requires a 'doctor visit' to complete the forms in the amount of $400 for an average doctor visit, to answer 3 questions and sign. Employer owned insurance coverage does not cover visits to complete forms and therefore I am required to pay out of pocket for the $400 doctor visit. An emergency situation requiring surgery, non weight-bearing status for uncertain time, wound vac, etc, all documented in ER/surgeon/doctor's information network and available to PCP as a source of information meeting FMLA requirement of admittance to hospital, all in that same network and providers. Do I have to pay this 'doctor visit fee' in order to get protected time off to heal from my obvious and documented injury? Do I need to leave my home during this crucial time of healing and recovery (loss of entire foot is still a possibility), dragging a wound vac, non-weight bearing, and costing me $400 --just to request time from employer to heal? Window of decision is 15 days--what is a person supposed to do? Long and faithful employee for 45 years. Caught between a rock and a hard place between my employer, PCP/medical providers, and need to heal... so i do not lose my foot.

So much of that happened to me at the last job. Pretty much the majority of those things. They fired me and said I quit when I didn't. I went to the Department of Labor, and still have not gotten any money in over 53 weeks.

The reason I ask is because lately I've been feeling like I have to protect myself from random idiots that act in an ignorant or violent manner and I feel like having my device recording will protect me if at any time I have to defend myself. This way everything will be recorded and there's no here say involved. I just want to know if it's ok to walk around in public or in establishments with my device recording at all times. I feel safer this way but I need to know if it's legal?

I didn't withhold any information from Atty Kevin Little. At the Consultation provided a chronological timeline and provided direct evidence and circumstances evidence because it was an extremely complicated case. I was able to prove Retaliated Harrassment Written Warnings Pretext and Malicious Wrongful Terminated, etc. I also told him how Atty Amanda Costello and Ben Aston, HR Sarah Bilton and Lennox Thomas, CEO Andy Romeo ambushed and railroaded ambushed inorder to helped Blyth and Monica illegally Terminated me base on false accusations and Defamation of Character Libel and Slander. Kevin Little got in front of it to sabotaged, distorted facts, covered up Whistleblower, Fraud, suppressed supported evidence he selectedand copied, and misrepresented me as incompetent and uncooperative etc.

I would have discovered that Atty Little had malicious intent to suppressed direct evidence, omitted civil rights charges, Whistleblower, and witnesses names omitted eytc.

So I've been communicating with my supervisor strictly through email and an occasional text because I want everything documented, are you saying that emails are not acceptable even if they delete on their end And you have it on your end as sent? She doesnt respond to anything that I send her so now I'm wondering if it's so she can deny seeing it. I don't know if anybody will see this but I will check back.

Tread carefully. I used to send emails to HR, after my union representative recommended me to email everything re "grievance" to HR and cc union representative. They all had a meeting with me. Every fact via email and text was distorted and HR accused me of twisting my words. He refused to look at the emails and told me to stop.

LOL! Feeling more confident every day and noticing my anxiety dissolve until I knew I was “in control” is definitely a relief, I went with what I mentioned and a week after my paruresis was gone. I just go'ogled the latest in Beck Reznark’s guide and now I can go without even thinking about it.

If whistle blowers can't be retaliated against why is it so impossible to find legal support? --and that is with a state (CA) judgement againt an employer -in other words my concerns were found to be correct by a state agency. But the retaliation goes on while the employer claims they did nothing wrong even with a judgement in hand against them. Why do I have to be fired- as we are quickly heading in that direction, before anyone will even look at the case. Seems to me if this is going to be the law of the land than support should be much more available.

Finally it's relieved well I had deposition done now I am waiting on x employer and defense lawyer to decide hopefully I will get the same results God bless I was let go after 23 years now I am 57

I hope they come thru for my case, my boss acts like a frat guy everyday he’s bragging about snorting coke in college or hooking up with women and his whole demeanor changed when he realized I wasn’t the girl to try that with. Now I’m fired with no warning and I hate how many guys get away with this behavior 😮‍💨😒

This video five years later has pervasive value in my still ongoing situation. My case is now at the Supreme Court and I’ve lost 3 lawyers due to it being their first time at the rodeo and the defense attorneys kicked their azz. When dealing with these claims clients should know federal courts are the best place to be when raising claims of discrimination. State courts tend to have lots of judicial bias and “collusion” amongst attorneys in a certain geographical area. These claims are hard to navigate especially if you’re going against a government entity or “political subdivision” outside of federal jurisdiction. If you can settle the claim early. Trust me it’s in your best interest.

What if i was with a temp agency and i got argumentative over the offical applicantion i didnt want to fix something on my job history..another words i did 4 months through a temp agency with a job i still want and when i was filling out the application for the new company to transition from the staffing agency i didnt want to include something in my applicantion and the boss called the sfaffing agency and said we arent interested. This was literally on the day they were going to hire me. I should have not argued. Anyways can i keep trying to get hired after the fact? It has a pension and free healthcare.
