Well done BC ---- you showcased how a legitimately soiled carpet can be cleaned with the Rug Doctor. Is there a special tool for carpet right next to baseboard's ? There are area's in my place i know i would have to pretreat ---- assume they sell a solution for that also ?
I suspect you’re not tapping along the edge and the ends, hence the gap. If you have a block of soft wood you should be able to tap edges and eliminate the gaps/seams.
EXTREMELY helpful, the instructions in the pamphlet are tiny & don't mention the black caps on the bottom of each leg that need to be REMOVED to insert the legs . The instructor was very personable & took his time, step by step
I've had my best luck spraying this siding. I have brushed it, rolled it, reprimed, then painted. About every 3 years I need to repeat the process on T1-11. Not a fan of this siding. Too labor intensive.
Worst video ever, if you plan on doing this yourself... Please watch another video, the fallen is not installed correctly or level. There are much better video with the proper way to do this. From a handyman pro. I would never do this
99% of the time, the fuses are oversized. For example the 30 amp fuses throughout than panel more than likely need to be either a 15 or a 20 amp. Back in the day it was not uncommon to overload a circuit and people would, without knowing the consequences, just put in a bigger fuse. Its best to remove the panel cover and look at the wire size going to each socket. If it AWG 14, use a 15 amp; AWG 12, use a 20; for a 30 amp fuse to be appropriate it would require AWG 10 size wire. That's why I say that they're probably oversized because that size wire isn't ran to lights and outlets in a house. Its used for higher current demands like water heaters and clothes dryers.
Thank you so much. My husband will be home from the hospital soon and I wanted to be ready with the adaptive equipment he needed, Thanks to this video I have his shower bench ready. So easy to follow.
Thank you for this video! I am about to do my ceiling with this Wagner popcorn gun. I have a question - what consistency should the mud mixture be? Like sour cream or thinner like kefir? And what nozzle did you use on the muzzle of the popcorn gun? Or maybe not to use any nozzle even yellow one?
Tie rod ball joints i usually loosen the nut up and then beat on the side of the arm to shock it loose. Maybe pry a little pressure against it while hammering. Dont pull on the end of the axle, if it comes apart youll have the greasy mess from hell on your hands.

Is this what they do? .. the terro traps are EMPTY , the floor liquid has worked . Why are my terro traps empty still after 2 days ? In both areas i have them , front door and basement. Any help much appreciated!
Wouldn't it be clearer if you mention which way the wood must be placed in the mitre box? Otherwise, good basic video. Needs the detail of which part of the trim faces down, up etc...
Get a hollow shaft 1/2” nut driver. Makes toilets so much easier. It fits lots of tank bolts and closet bolts. Threads go through hollow shaft and you can grab the nut. Makes it go faster.
I agree. That horizontal flat surface on top of the trim board will hold water. I know the owner asked for that trim for cosmetic effect, but it will only create more water rot, IMO. You had the right idea to just use Z flashing without trim!
You can also put a nail or a screw on the part where it says woodstream. what i also do get some fence wood peices and then nail the trap to it so that they can't run away with it ( i used cut up the wood fence picket into 8' or 1 foot long peices and also in my exprience these vector snap ones work best
I have a 100 year old bungalow. My kitchen floor is sloped in spots. With the addition done by previous owner, over the dirt ground. If i pull up all the plywood duwn to the subfloor, can i sister the old joists, and level out the floor some without jacking the foundation? Or can i use self leveler after putting down new plywood?
