Alright, we're back guys! Been down with pneumonia and it was a bad deal. But here is part 4 of Ford f350 Cummins swap 6.4L to 12 valve Cummins. Diesel conversion specialist www.dieselconversion.com/
ooh man no bueno, sounds like your recovering quite quickly. Which is a good thing. Make sure to take the time needed to recover as Pneumonia has the possibility to be a killer, and you've got awesome projects to Complete and Ladies to woo before that happens.
The fact that most people in the comments say that they’ve missed your content must mean you’re doing something right on the channel. Awesome project! 👍🏻
Westin I just wanna say your optimism and genuine excitement showed in these videos has gotten me out of a deep funk. Got me off my ass and working on my chevy 3500 box truck to try and get it working again and just put me in a better mood all around. Even if you never see this comment I just wanna say thanks dude.
Westen Champlin I normally watch these videos and laugh at the douche bags trying to act like they are a diesel mechanic as they film another man bolting parts onto their rig. This is by far the best truck channel with real people doing real projects that the rest of us cannot get enough of! Keep up the good work young man you have a bright future.
I have a ton of respect for guys like this! I have a college degree and a job I enjoy but I am very envious of men that can work on cars, trucks, engines, etc. I mean I’m from small town Oklahoma and am no democrat or anything I can fix stuff around the house, basic car stuff, etc but men that can do things like this deserve a ton of respect and also deserve every cent they make! I will say this that RU-vid has helped me to fix things that otherwise I would have had zero clue on lol. Anyway awesome channel and series man!
I've had pneumonia twice and had to be hospitalized both times because I couldn't even breathe without my chest collapsing and paralyzing me. The fact that you fought through it and went back home just like that is a testament to how strong of a dude you are. I'm a truck driver in the oilfield and I'm a fairly big guy, but I couldn't do that shit without being nursed back to health buddy. The first time I was in the hospital for three days before I could take a breath without hacking up blood.
Glad you're feeling better. I refresh RU-vid hourly to see if you up loaded a video. I really enjoy the humor you bring and the knowledge of wrenching on things.
I had pneumonia earlier this year and it was a pain and I was down for the count for about a week an a half. Glad your doing better and back to making videos
Glad you are feeling better! I wish I had a friend or a dad like you sometimes, I would learn so much and enjoy every minute! Happy Father's day all!!!
I've been subscribed for a couple months now and I love the videos. Great personality and genuinely entertaining content, keep fantastic videos coming!
Glad you got over pneumonia! Had it a few years ago and it’s no fun! Was going through withdrawals not seeing some wrenches turned! Enjoy the videos as always an look forward for more!
Back in 1978 my dad put a V6 Cummins diesel in his ‘78 F250 drove it for a year bought a ‘79 and dropped in an in-line 6 Izusu diesel. Coolest trucks ever!!!!!
I’m glad you are doing better.. I love the content you are putting out there.. just please don’t put us the viewers before you’re health.. We all are excited about the build and your humor.
hey westen, i’m isaic from small town saskatchewan canada and love my fords since i was wee boy. i was waiting so long for this video for what felt like an decade but i’m happy it’s here. ya boys sick too so i don’t even blame you for the wait. love the energy and work ethic of this channel so much and look forward to future videos
Glad to hear you are feeling better and you hadn't died on us, was thinking on Friday There hadn't been an update for a while. Things are looking good with the build. Thanks for sharing, Take care.
Pneumonia is no joke dude. I knew someone, a mechanic himself who owned his own shop near me, who died of it last year. Listen to your doc, keep up on your meds, and if you get worse, definitely get to the hospital ASAP.
Took me a couple of days to get here to watch this but as always I am glad I did I'm glad you are doing better had is worried there. I'm so excited that the Fummins project is coming together you are doing an awesome job can't wait for the next video!
Hey there CONGRATULATIONS of 100,000 subscribers. You well deserve it as you are doing such a great job with these videos. Many Blessings Westen and Garrett. Love ya lots!!
I subscribed the day the last video came out, then it was weeks without an upload. I thought maybe you just didn't like me, luckily it was just pneumonia. lol Excited for the rest of the project.
Put a stand to support on the hydraulic cylinder on your loader. Looks like the seal is leaking. Watched it drop slowly on the time slaps @ 5:15 to 5:20. I wanna watch more videos in the future 👍🏻 Stay blessed Thank you 🤙🏽
Glad you're still in the land of the living. I thought maybe the Med-Evac helicopter was coming for you LOL. Keep getting better, and get that Fummins runnin' !
Smartest thing I ever did was throw away my 6.0 ford and drop a 24v 5.9 in my econoline container truck van thingy. Diesel Conversion Specialists sell the most complete parts kits for these conversions. Awesome electrical service as well to make your wiring turn key plug and play.
He said "I don't like diets". I liked... sweet conversation bro. Thinking about doing it myself. Bty, I'm a mechanic with 28 years in the field, but I've never seen anything like this, till I met you. Subbed.
That allison trans was an at545. it was a 4 speed with no lock up and only good up to 235 hp and 445 lbs ft of torque....robs tons of power. the original adapter on the back was for use with a sae 3 bolt pattern. there are adapters available to use an allison from a pickup and still keep your 4x4
Thanks for the Video and the Update: Sorry to hear you have not been feeling well. The Engine looks like it belongs in there. So far so good. Hope you feel better. I cannot wait to hear it run. Regards.
I’m glad you’re feeling better, take it slow though. I’ll watch your videos, if it takes a week a month or a year, I look forward to them, take care and get well!!
im in england and i for one have been itching to see this, but knowing you had pneumonia well health and family come first glad you are getting better chris bishop uk
@@nou8257 Not really no. Bit too big for our roads. Diesel trucks tend to be Land Rover's or more recently small Jap trucks. We do have loads of Cummins in buses/trucks and trains as well as big gen sets. I work for them here in the UK.
Smooth Trooper there’s heaps of Cummins in the uk. 12 valves use to come in the old daf 45’s during the 90’s and I’m sure the 4bt was over here to in smaller rigs
So close to 100k! It should happen any day, that’s crazy! Seems like yesterday you barely had 10k. It’s awesome man, I’m happy for you. An early congrats is in order!👏🏻👏🏻
