Not sure if it is the case that I have added too much water in the potato starch mixture.. i ended up making 蝦仁蛋花湯.. also i only had a very small pot , would this work in a small pot? i have to fry the shrimp in 3 batches.. 300 g of shrimp with 4 eggs
