Hey yogis, welcome back to my channel! I'm so excited to bring you another elemental yoga class. This one is all about the element of water. Through this water yoga class, we'll be focusing a lot on our hips through circular movements and deep hip openers. This is a vin to yin yoga class so we will begin with vinyasa and end with yin yoga.
The element of water is associated with the 2nd, sacral chakra. This is all about heightening your sensitivity and feeling and tapping into your creativity and sensuality. This is a great practice to do to release stagnant emotions. Have some blocks close by!

1st I did Earth, then Fire element yesterday and today water. I did it on instinct not knowing what they really do....this morning a deep childhood emotion emerged from no where..I cried my eyes out with working through it..that came from Fire..working through Water element, I cried for half the class...I feel so different...people dont understand the full power of yoga...thank you for showing me this path of yoga...namaste

I'm 13 years old and I started doing yoga. and l Love it ❤️❤️❤️I love your classes and my mother told me not to stop keep going it's good for your health. my mother does workouts and my father said he wants to try meditation from your channel. so l Love you and let's keep going

I can’t remember where I read this analogy, but I really like the idea of your mind as a lake, and your intention as a stone. If you cast the stone into still water, you will see it cause ripples and undulations throughout. However, if the water is turbulent, racing, waves crashing and turning over on each other, the casted stone will have unnoticeable effect. For intention to manifest, the mind must be a still lake ❤️

Loved this workout very good. I really like your channel. I am 58 and super hyper. You actually put me to sleep. Yin Yoga for life for me. I rode the Arkansa river through the great gorge in CO this past summer talk about a water element. I absolutely love moving water and risk my life to ride it. It is the best thrill ever. Can’t wait to ride her again soon before I cannot hold on. I highly recommend it for young people past 50 you better be in darn good shape. That river beats you up my legs could barely walk for 3 days LOl. She tried to toss me a few times but my legs held out its the only way you are staying in the raft thigh power. Rivers runners check them out they will keep you alive they know the river and every spot to avoid. FAB

I have done this practice before but as I progress in my yoga journey I find that I connect a little deeper the more I do your practices. Thank you for this beautiful flow, I felt the fluidity and was even moved to tears. You are doing great work!!

I've overlooked the benefits of the water element, probably because I'm a pita (dosha), but i was pleasantly surprised at how good I felt after this class. Thank you again for your gift of teaching (from one yoga teach to another). Namaste!
