I am so glad I found you. Loving all your workouts. I am 50 years old and I am finding that my body does not like any longer the bootcamp style hard core conditioning type stuff. What I love the most about your workouts is your tempo, your pace. It's perfect Goldilocks. Not too fast, not so slow that I wanna lose interest. Thank you Mik for all your content.❣❣🥰

Hi @fitbymik! I have been a huge pilates/yoga fan for years. I had shoulder surgery in April and the sedentary life has been killing me! Your mat core with no planks has been a life saver! I love your standing pilates/barre workouts as well! Great workouts and I can feel and see the results. Thank you!!
This is such a good workout! I hate flipping over for plank exercises (my wrists dislike it too) so this workout flew by! I started feeling the burn only a few minutes in. I love the barre ballet movements!

This 10 minute barre ab workout today was a killer but I love the challenge. I really appreciate the weekly challenges and am so thankful I discovered your channel. Keep them coming Mikala.
love this!! Think this is my favorite ab workout as a ballet dancer throughout my youth this really tapped into my memory muscles and I found it so much more relatable and enjoyable than most. thank you.
Decided to to this Barre workout after day 3 cardio of the Winter Challenge. Definitely felt the abs working in this session. Great for core stability and kind on the wrists 😀👍✔️. Thank you Fitbymik ✔️ 👍
Loved the workout! Although, often times I find that my lower back arches in some exercises. Especially the frog exercise. Any modifications for lower back support would be helpful!
Let me tell you about this workout….🔥 🔥🔥! I’m surprisingly finding myself loving these AB workouts and this one is a challenge. I’m up for it though. I’m going to try and do this at least once a week.
Honestly, abs are my least favorite workouts, and I find it the most challenging of the bunch. This workout I really liked, I felt the core working, and my favorite one was the frog lift. This move made it to where I had a good structure while doing it!
Thanks! Did this at the park and kept asking myself the whole time why did I pick this "weird" workout instead of a classic *discreet* abs workout that I usually do😂😂😂anyway didn't have time to check if anybody was staring at me 😂😂
