I've had this on my try it list for about a month and kept putting it off because it was all seated. But WOW! this is a challenging work out--really great for a 10-minute challenge or warm up. I especially liked the ab work.

Okay. I did this with you and pleasantly surprised that I was challenged to keep up and deeply disappointed with how out of shape my legs are. I have bookmarked this video and promise to do it every day.. thanks a million for sharing no this 10-minute workout video.

Hi the exercise at minute 4.55 is it safe for people with osteoporosis to do because there's a some twisting of the spine .. thank you

If you have osteoporosis avoid twisting at the spine. Do a different exercise instead or take a chance to have a sip of water :)

I loved this but I really really miss your 15 min. total body... I sent it to EVERYONE in the US and here.... and now it is gone. I can access lots of 15 min. workouts but I trust you, not the yuppie puppies. How can I recover it? Thanks!
