Love this. Quick but intense. Got to almost 1.5 miles (with a little warm up walk at the beginning). Also hitting above 150 cals according to my probably inaccurate treadmill. Let us know your stats!!
*phew* attempted this as a “finisher” to a heavy lifting day. I had to jump off the sides for 30 seconds of the recovery run 🥵 But I kept my sprint at an 8mph
