In this video, I walk you through the process of how I create a half marathon training plan on Training Peaks. This plan is in no way made for everyone, but rather for new half marathon runners or runners who are fairly new to the distance and have run maybe 1 or 2 half marathon. For more experienced runners, this training plan wouldn't really apply, but the overall framework of it may be beneficial.
One of the most important things to remember when training for a half marathon is to focus on the long run. In order to run long distance races, you must train specifically for it.
