Love it. Especially with my schedule of 2 jobs. But I do miss the animated part of the muscles that we are working. Very encouraging. Hopefully to see more 💖🤗😍

I always love your short HIIT workouts, especially the 11-minute and 16-minute ones for cardio, upper body, lower body and full body that you used to make. A workout series that targets Stubborn Fat is exactly what I NEED right now. Thanks to you, Viv and Mike, for all your amazing work.

I just finished 30 days challenges and started this today. I just wanted to say thank you. I am in college and your messages through each video cheered me a lot whenever I wanted to give up in my position. every morning first thing to do is being with you and to burn stress as well as fat :P. i love reading progress so ill record mine -i am currently on a no sugar diet so it may affect my results? :) 🌸day 1: i felt pumped to do this workout, it made me sweat alot but it was simple 🌸day 2: my legs were sore so i did some of the workouts wrong, i still sweat 🌸day 3: still a bit sore so i didnt do some workouts right, sweat a bit today. i think im getting used to this!! (mentally) 🌸day 4: it was easier to do, i wasnt sore any longer. i think my body has gotten used to this now! (physically)-i still sweat hehe 🌸day 5: honestly didnt feel like doing it today because im on my menstrual cycle but i pushed through. i did a LOT better than ive been doing before, i feel really flexible. i did sweat. i also have noticed my belly fat has been going down

Hi Aya, these will help. You just need to stay consistent and make sure to take proper rest days. The results will be quicker than if you overtrain and under eat. X
