Take 15 minutes out of your busy day to relax and let go of any negative or difficult emotions you have been holding on to. As your body unwinds, any emotional strain that you have been carrying begs to be released.
Your feelings that you choose not to experience don't just disappear, but they are held in your physical being and can be manifested as unpleasant bodily symptoms. By releasing our suppressed emotions, we can alleviate the suffering within us.
Enjoy this 15-minute meditation to do just that.

Emotions r like clouds...some dark and heavy with rain...some need to storm, but all eventually float past and the blue sky is once again revealed in alll its glory 💙💙💙

Again the perfect meditation on the day it is needed. I am 3 days post op mastectomy for breast cancer. Getting ready for surgery I have had 4 rounds of chemo to shrink the tumor. Both have been successful and i feel cancer free and will not need radiation. The teary release is coming from the thoughts of having to give up most of a business that I built and have loved. I know it is necessary and I know i did it the best way for all of us. Release is necessary. I am going t o be releasing lots of dark blue energy.... with this and the Healing affirmations I am going to make this another good day of healing and recovery.

I am always tensed in front of boys. I does a lots of meditation, exercise, goes for walking, watches movies, short films, stand up comedies, participates in quizzes, participates in speeches, cycles, walks etc. I want to stay positive always and wants to achieve greats in life. Do i need to consult a doctor. Will everything come to normal

No problem. Still new to meditation. As much as I do enjoy it and honestly feel the positive effects immediately, its find it difficult to maintain the practice. Yours is the first resource I've found online that has helped to make it a daily practice :) Love the variety of videos too!

Im doing meditation 5 days on 6th day im experincing physical sensations of my body like heat in chest heart rate increased and blood flow as well during and after meditation. I got know it is due to suppressed emotions from past please tell me it is a natural response or what im fearing very much.
