*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

10:10 I don't understand how you are suggesting "upright row". You, as a physical therapists should now that could do more harm than good to rotator cuff.

hey guys!!! After all these years of tips I thought I would share one back with you because I just watched a video from you guys where you’re about to rip Brad‘s hair on his legs off removing the tape... 😂😂 and even though I feel like it would’ve been kind of funny to watch I had to skip over to your latest video to share this I feel like THIS TIP should be commonly shared knowledge amongst all humans...... WHEN REMOVING MEDICAL TAPE OR BANDGE: either wrap rub or dab anything oily on top of your Band-Aid or tape and just wait a couple seconds it will then come off super easy and painless 🤦🏼‍♀️and I just learned this at age 38

I love your channel.. Are kettlebell exercises good for someone who had cervical spine herniated disc 6-7 or should I just stick with looped bands only? Thank you

i've never seen let alone done a kettlebell workout but it seems to me you were lifting with your back not your legs - this seems at odds with everything i have heard about lifting - it would have been better if we saw pretty much everything from a side view to see the back and hip positions - thank you
