My dad has recently acquired a 1967 HR Holden Premier within the last year, and it has a 186 straight six with a XU1 Torana camshaft which beefs it up.
The HR is really not to bad so far. Rust hasn't eaten to much stuff up yet. Are there suppliers there for metal repair parts or will you fab your own? Cheers mate
Don't lower it, Leave it std. just put some nice shocks and a good torsion bar set so it won't roll. They didn't have that much travel they had shit shocks and t/bar which made the wheels change lanes first then the body followed. LOL. I would use those headers with a 2'' exhaust with a twin barrel carb. It would make it nice. In my opinion.
had a white premier fully restored now theyre pricey. 4wheel drums scary brakes in the wet watchout for the nasty fibres, here they banned that stuff in 2001.
