Wow you look amazing !!! it's been almost 8 yrs for me and my weight is up and down I lost a total of 70 lbs I went thru a lot in the past 5yrs lost 2. Sisters in 2018 was stressed and depressed stop exercising eating any and everything but I only gain about 15lbs of it back but now I'm trying to get back on track again it's really hard but I definitely don't regret that I had the surgery just feel like I failed at it still not at my goal weight I have so much more to go but I believe I'll get there. You are doing so great .. Thanks for video it has inspire me to work harder!!!

Earlier this morning I watched your video from 2 years ago - 8 things you wished you’d known before VSG. You were in a challenging place at that time. The tips you shared were so honest, real and helpful. I could feel the pain you were experiencing then but at the same time you were funny and hopeful. You ended that video with inspirational quote from Mr Nelson Mandela “ It always seems impossible until it’s done.” You encouraged everyone watching and spoke to yourself to keep going. Wow! After watching I wanted to know how is she now? So I was soooooo glad to find your post 2 years post VSG. 😃 Congratulations on your success! You look amazing and better yet you sound amazing! Thank you for sharing. I am 5 months post op RNY Gastric bypass. Journey has been really good and I’m so thankful. This week I had a “crazy scale moment” because against my better judgment I got on scale for my weigh in Wednesday….late after I had already had 32 oz water and worked out. Scale up 2 pounds and I have been in a funk since. But I knew better! Soooo I’ll never do that again. But we live and learn and seeing your videos today will give me motivation to always trust my first thought so I’m not distracted. Will be praying for you on your fertility journey. God bless you and your husband with the desire of your heart. I’ll be checking in. Thank you!! ❤

I've been slacking with my water intake but it seems like Morticia is over water. Also I take a laxative multiple times a week I guess i should stop worrying about being constipated.

Hey Kelsi, do you eat protein bars? My dietitian told me about the quest protein bar cookies and cream. It was so good. What or your thoughts on those?

I struggle with my multivitamin. It really upsets my stomach and bothers my acid reflux. I started with bariatric advantage now I’m taking the bariatric advantage and it’s a little better.

But when you started the vitamins your hair did quit falling out? I am thinking about having, hopefully, the bypass. But I’m not totally sure which option yet untill i see the doctor.

Kind of .. kind of not.... it's inevitable to not lose hair after this surgery but me being a little more relaxed than I should have been with my vitamins cause me to lose more hair than I feel I should have.

There vits come in glass now. I Like barimelts but they are way to expensive. I had 2 lower back disc rupture and was put on steroids lots of them gained 90 plus lbs. I was already an overweight person I'm in my 5th decade brigade I'm 5'2" and very hippy. My largest weight was 298lbs ...pre op 268. I was always active and worked out daily so thought I had a sure fire journey. NOPE😢! I prepped my body inside and out but all the egg whites honey and coconut shea herbs coca butter and salves couldn't undo what was already written to be done. My body was solid no jiggle at all b4 VSG yet I got hella loose skin and stretch marks!!!🤬😠😡 Hideous this was my worst and only fear about the whole process. I did this for health reasons and myself but I am still very vane and extremely self conscious so yea I wanna look g8 without going under the knife again. I'm not 30 or 40 but I'm still young and single. I had my VSG 2018 spinal surgery 2019 and 6mos later 2020 I had any spinal surgery my l5 disc reruptured😮 I finally got the wheelchair out of my life and I started walking dogs daily. My weight plateau stall halt or whatever it's called, was unlocked and I went from 197 to 177 🎉🎉don't know what I did but I'm so glad it was happening. I started feeling pretty sexy and noticed but some were saying I looked to small or sickly 😮😮. I gained a few lbs and I began to even out. I said all this to say...THIS IS A JOURNEY...YOUR JOURNEY IT WILL BE A FOREVER EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL ROLLERCOASTER RIDE. STRAP IN HOLD ON SLAY THE BEAST EVERY MINUTE OF EVERY DAY! REMEMBER THAT EVERY TIME YOU WAKE AND YOUR FEET HITS THE FLOOR THE DEVIL GETS NERVOUS SO GET EM SIS/BRUH.

I used them for 90 days as I stated in my videos about them, they did a good job getting me down about 17 lbs- I did not want to use them long term :)
