My toxic trait thinking I could do this easily when I added it to my workout playlist 🤡.. Maddie you have such a strong core and the way u laugh in the middle of it. GIRL WHAT HOW-- Anyway, I did it and it was hard as hell and I did most of the exercises badly but I did them. Hoping one day I can do all of them like you!!

I found the 45 sec intervals really challenging but the whole 20 mins flew by?!! Thank you Maddie for another great workout!

It's funny, I had the exact opposite experience- each 45 second segment flew by for me, but then the workout as a whole felt so much longer than I expected! So rewarding when I finished doing it though!

I thought I would never make it until the end, so I literally started to cry after I finally fineshed this one.... It is difficult, guys, but just go on your passe, take as much rest as you need and do not give up because we are stronger than we think. Thank you so much for your work, Maddie!

Day 6 of the December 2022 challenge done! I said, "Holy Moly" in sync with @MadFit after this was over haha. Think this was the most difficult day of the challenge so far. My core is the weakest area of my body right now, so I definitely had to take way more breaks than the allotted time in the video. All I can say now is YOUCH! But I feel so good. #Endorphins, right? Honestly, I think these types of workouts are my favorite because they give you cardio and strength without running and jumping everywhere. Thank you, Maddie!

people saying youve changed theyre life.... i will definitely say you have changed the ease at which i approach physical activity, i recommend your channel to anyone looking to start exercising, you are easy to look away from and know whats still happening, you do workouts for everyone, and take your time to actually preview an exercise before starting each one. your youtube is gold

WOW this one was it! I love the structure of this one with the multiple sets of two exercises! Thank you!! Could you maybe incorporate into your videos a little more of the breathing aspect? Or maybe do like a five minute one where you really hit on it! You talked about it once in this video and was soo helpful! I always find myself forgetting to breath haha and it was a really great reminder!

A great tip to remember is to exhale on the hardest part or the exertion of the exercise! So exhale as you crunch. It helps to activate the core while also reminding you to breathe 😉

I love your workouts - I always squeeze in the 15 min 6 pack ab one somewhere on a daily basis, love that it’s becoming less & less of a challenge, not such a burn anymore - still really seeing results 🙂 not a chance could I have done that a couple of years ago! This one looks pretty intense too - I’ll be having a go tonight 🙂 (NZ time)

I've been doing 20min Madfit abs for 6 straight days now. They are all intense and I could definitely feel the burn on each session. Thx Maddie for all the words of encouragement during the sessions and for everyone's inspirational comments! I'm glad to report that today's session didn't feel that "bad", I'm making progress :-) !!

Your abs workout are so challenging and so well taught! I’ve never done an ab workout where the instructor is teaching you the whole time and encourages you to go slow and controlled. Keep up the great work!😘💪

Genuinely the best an workout I’ve done in a long time. The multiple small sets made it feel much shorter than doing 1 longer set twice and I definitely felt the burn, especially in the first 3 sets of exercises. Thank you so much Maddie!

Day 6 done. HOLY MOLY is right… I’ll Be honest my core is so weak I mainly did regular crunches the whole Time and on my elbow and knees planks 😅 but I feel the burn 🔥

I almost stopped at what I thought was halfway through, but I read the comments and saw I only had 5 minutes left...so I continued. I do your other 20 minute lower core/ ab workout video and thought this would be around that level of intensity but BOY was I wrong. But I finished and I'm pretty proud of myself for it even if I stopped for a minute or two. Regardless of how hard though I think I'll continue this workout and hopefully it'll only get easier as time goes on! Currently 161 5'9, woman and I started out at 170 3 weeks ago :) between your workouts and a healthy diet I've already seen so much progress! Thank you

Thank you so much for this! Today is usually my arm day, but my right hand and wrist are feeling sore and cramped, so I thought it best to not make the problem worse with weights, and switched it with abs. And so as soon as I clicked on your page, I saw you posted this workout! The timing was great and I got a killer workout in! (I did have to modify with a low plank a couple times, but boy did it burn!)

2/2 of day completed! This workout was super intense, but I managed to make it till the end, althought I did some exercises very slow😅 and I couldnt fully do the knee plank twist because my belly fat wont allow me to💔😭

I like these exercises hope you keep making some new ones I enjoy them keep up the good work I'm in my sixties I could still keep up with I've been exercising for 8 years and I do kickboxing and I lift some weights 10 lb 15 lb and 20 lb from Terry

Well that was an amazing workout but I couldn't quite do it all yet! It probably doesn't help that it's Day 1 of my period, haha, YIKES! I've definitely got to build my core strength back up and I can't wait until this workout isn't so challenging for me. Thank you SO much for all of your content!

I was only able to get through the first half but hope in a few weeks my core will be stronger to get though a more intense workout..EDIT: finished after a 3min break and reading all the other comments. Feeling proud of myself although all of the planks variations and any exercises where I had to lift my legs to balance the core were super challenging. Looking forward to developing the core strength!

I would just really say try to slow down and try to focus on doing fewer reps and really controlling your breathing. Basically just focus more on quality than quantity and them build up from there

1. Pay very VERY close attention to your back. For the workouts on your back, your back should be fully touching the floor. If at any point you feel your back is not pressed on the ground you're pushing yourself too far. Example if you're doing leg drops (first workout) don't try to bring your feet all the way down, go less than 45 degrees down if necessary. MadFit has a great reel on IG posted 6 weeks ago called "How To Engage Your Core" which was incredibly helpful for me - I recommend you check it out. 2. She has a Beginner Ab workout which you may be better to do, so you can slowly strengthen your body & learn to be aware of proper form. 3. Be very patient with yourself, it took me about 2.5 months to strengthen the rest of my body enough to be able to engage/focus on my core & not every other body part. It's frustrating but stick with it, its worth it!

What @@mcmc12321said. I think that's a big indicator of going too far in the range of motion. Only go as far as you can keep your lower back pressed to the floor, otherwise your bigger and stronger muscles (like your legs) will try to take over to protect your weaker areas.
