I wish y'all would do more with the PRO version. I just ordered it and was going back and forth between the 2. I'm only doing it for toning and muscle growth...NO WEIGHT loss. I'm only 113 lbs. So please do more workouts on here with the PRO...please!!!!...XOXO
We recommend doing this at a maximum every other day, that way you give your muscles ample time to rest, recover, and come back stronger for your next session!
Hey Janna, sorry for not getting back to you sooner! To answer your question, yes that is definitely normal to be sore on your lower thighs. If you are looking to feel it less in your lower thighs and more in your glutes, try putting your heel on the pedal more. You should feel it more in your glutes. If you wanted to feel it more in your thighs, you would want the ball of your feet more so on the pedals. So heel on the pedal for more of a glute focus and the ball of your feet for more of a thigh focus. I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! Should the hydraulic be loose around the knob where the numbers are? Because mine when you turn it it just turns and it doesn’t show you where it’s indicating it’s resistant. And I bought the Pro. Thinking it would be better . Just bought it, brand new. Or do I need to return the hydraulic for a new one.

Am I supposed to be feeling the upper body workout in the sides of my neck and upper arms? I feel like I'm doing it wrong. I tried gripping the sides of the handles for the wide row, but I have to twist my wrists to hold it there. I'm 5'8" if that helps.
You should feel the upper body mostly in your rear shoulders, lats, and trapezius or upper/mid back area. To reduce feeling the movement in your neck, try to keep your neck neutral or in line with your spine, and power the movement with your back muscles, focusing on squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top of each rep.

It may be a bit uncomfortable at that height for you knees. We do have female customers who are that tall that do use the Row-N-Ride still though including our trainer Sydney(in the video) who is tall herself.

Your videos would be so much better if there was no music while you are talking. It seriously makes it harder to understand what you are saying and is pointless.
