I may have found the best meditation in dealing with the discrimination I will face for not being masked or "vaccinated" I'm not sure I can forgive those that are making people suffer through this discrimination, because I have witnessed first hand unforgivable behaviour such as previous discrimination, gaslighting, bullying and even serious crimes against women and children and found their actions unforgivable.

Thank you so much for this. I have been using it daily and have shared it with all my clients. I'm wondering about your comment that we do not know innately how to shake things off and that we have to learn how to do self-soothing. This is a subject of great interest to me: my belief is that we do innately know and are untaught it very early; however, i recently learned that this is a debated idea, this idea of whether infants do or do not have the capacity to self-soothe. I'm curious about what prompted you to choose to belief that this is not innate, if this is something that you can share. Thanks for your work.
