warmup = jumping jacks; inchworm; hip opener; mountain climber (30s x 2) workout = rainbow plank; butterfly sit-up; lateral lunge (L&R); side plank pulse; (45s x 3) burnout = AMRAP = mountain climber; bicycle crunch; jump squat (4 mins)

you should always workout //atleast// 3 times a week for an hour a day (max) to see any progress!! hope that helps

I can’t figure out how to modify basically any workout for my abs where I don’t have to be on my hands, I broke my arm earlier this year and it’s still not healed where I can have any weight on it. So I guess no warmups for me lol
