I am very glad that James Reeves has continued in a stellar fashion to bring the wisdom of yoga practice to a Western audience. He is a welcome figure in my quest to learn the discipline necessary to becoming the best person I can be.

This os exactly what I needed/need. A complete reconnection with my body and overall sense of being. This really relaxed me, and allowed me to engage with all my senses. Wonderful.
