While having a thought and letting is flow away, I sense layers of thought in the smoke beyond (so to speak). Helpful that bits of time go by without thoughts at all. Maybe those feel longer just after 3 days. After the meditation I’m getting a feeling of thought whiplash as my brain races back into planning what’s next. I imagine that receding or devolving over the 3 weeks.(?)
I find turning my thoughts of darn near impossible... Would be nice for regular prompts saying its OK especially early on in the sessions... Looking forward to tomorrows meditation love your work mate and I hope you get to read this :)
