21 days challenge 1. No sugar also jagerry only dates allowed 2. No Bread 3. No caffeine 4. Add morning(gond katira and jerra) and night drink(sauf,mint,ginger) 5. Follow detox diet 6. Only single ingredient snack(chana,makhana) 7. Intermittent fasting (14:11) 8. Progressive walking(10k - 12k steps),,,prepare a pocket diary 9. Digital detox 10. meditation

Please don’t follow alll these things they r not sustainable Please have something Which u can follow Once u will start taking sugar u will again start gaining weight. Restrict sugar don’t quit
