First time trying Roxanne's workout, the result is immediate! I woke today feeling lighter fitter and I can see the muscle definition taking place... I mean I have been working out daily with other fitubers, but this is crazy effective!
I don’t mention the weight because everyone is different, what weight is right for me might not be for you. For reference I am using a 10kgs kettlebell throughout the workout. If you are a complete beginner this might to too heavy and 6-8kgs would be more suitable. Really depends on your own individual strength and experience. I hope this helps 😊
Yes, your leg muscles are usually bigger and stronger than the upper body. You might want to swap for a heavier weight when doing the lower body exercises. 8-10 kgs could suit you and provide you with more of a challenge
*PLEASE continue to do more of these kettlebell workouts like you have been doing! my results are insane with consistency of doing your videos. i’m building muscle and losing fat at the same time along with drinking half my body weight in ounces of water, high protein, intermittent fasting, and being in a calorie deficit! i had to take a couple of breaks during this video, but i finished and that’s what matters! **#downalmost32poundsnaturally*

Love this!! 7 months in and still loving it.... mixed it up with pilates and I definately am stronger,,,,, mentally and physically........ I totally trust that your workouts work and keep us safe when working out
O.M.G... been doing your weekouts 2-3x/week since mid-Jan and it's still kicking my ass! Doing heavier weights now, but it definitely takes tiiiiimmmmmmeeee to get fit! Especially in your 40's. Thanks for an amazing regimen, Roxanne!

Another great workout, Roxanne! I'm making my way through all the 30-minute kettlebell routines and this one kicked my butt! Also, loving the video editing improvements from 2-3 years ago to now - the small things like the bell going off at the 3 second mark is SO helpful. Best fitness channel ever! 25 min in and I had to give up cus my lower back is tensing up. My fault for not stretching properly after a few days of not working out. But wow this is a great work out. I’m sweating so much! Can’t wait to come back to this and finish the whole thing. Great music as well! Please do more of these!
That was absolutely fantastic, thank you Roxanne.. So useful to find purely strength focussed kettlebell workouts. I used 20kg, 16kg and 12kg dependent on the exercise.
I’ve been doing Joe Wicks for years and becoming so bored so just thought I’d search RU-vid for something new, found this and it’s amazing, felt like I was pushing my self so much harder, sweated more and burnt more calories! Loved it x
Just tried this kettle bell workout for the first time and wow! 30 mins and I burnt 250 calories according to my Apple Watch. I’ve dabbled with kettle bell workouts before but didn’t enjoy it as I usually weight lift more. However I really enjoyed this workout! Definitely adding to my favourites to do on cardio based days. Lv the high intensity resistance training, w weights rather than hiit, which is too harsh on my arthritic toes, the burpees, lunge jumps just wreck my toes. But this type of workout, gets heart rate up without the trauma. Def a keeper n how im gona hv to workout from now on. jump rope days, gone😅tks RR for offering an alternative as i age😆, u rok💪💜
