I just want to thank you Michelle. I’ve been doing 2 of your Piyo Express workouts as a 30 day boot camp so I feel my best at my son’s wedding.Doing your workouts M-W-F with a ketovore diet has given me such a sculpted body, I’m amazed. I dumped my gym membership and 4am alarm! I can get more from working out at home and can sleep a bit longer. In much gratitude!

Loved it 🩷. Just wanted to share with you I have been doing your workouts for 3 months. I have dropped 2 dress sizes Definitely fitter and more toned. Much happier and confident. Love your workouts thank you for making training fun again 🩷. You said in a workout you can’t train the same way when you was in your 20/30 so true. I will be 49 next week more strength training is the key for me x

Just what I needed. Thank you, so grateful today for you and your team for working so hard to put these up for me and your other followers so we can get in a workout. Gyms in California remain closed. I saw your post that NJ gym is opening up next week. I sure miss my friends I would see daily at the gym to strength train and I really miss taking group classes such as Spin, Full Body and PIYO! So your classes help me feel better! I hope that you will keep posting your classes for us whom cannot get in our gyms. Thanks again!
