Try this slow & intense 30 min TOTAL CORE workout! We are working on activating the entire core and working on strength and stability! You can do this workout anywhere as it requires no equipment. We are working in supersets today so we can focus on 2 exercises at a time and nail the form.

Doing these in groups of 2 makes this go by wayyyy faster. This was one of the best ab routines I’ve done. Like others mentioned, I feel like I could really focus on squeezing certain muscles at certain points, had more attention on my breath pattern, slowed it down. Was overall more conscientious of my body throughout.

Love the slow and focused movements. I feel like I can relax on my breath and really engage the core. Great for my rock climbing goals, and for feelings really full!

Thank you for all of your hard work Maddie! It’s been a year since I’ve done any workouts. I’ve been kind of depressed and struggling with anxiety and ADHD. I’ve been treating those the last few months and feel so much more positive and motivated. This morning I did my first workout of yours in about a year. I just did a 10 minute booty band workout and it really felt great to workout with you again! I love how encouraging and motivating you are! You truly are an inspiration!! ❤

I'm in a similar boat to you, I've struggled with major depression and anxiety since I was 15 (21 now). It's only been the end of last year and the start of this one that I've delved into skincare and regular therapy. I'm also on a fitness journey as well, and in the 3 weeks I've stuck at it, I already have arm muscles and I'm starting to tone up my abs as well. Anything's possible even if our brains can be a lil shitty to us at times. Proud of you and hope you're still doing better!

It’s certainly something I have struggled with most of my life (45 now) but that last year was certainly a down period. Unfortunately I haven’t done anymore at-home workouts since I posted that comment, but I have committed to a 10k training program and I am in week 10 of 14 and haven’t missed a beat. I really do want to get other workouts incorporated into my routine because I know they can help. I love her booty and side booty workouts the most. So I’m doing great for fitness with respect for running, but I still have that inertia to get past to get back to working out with Maddie!

This was awesome! I like to do my ab routine at home on Sundays because my core is so weak I shake and huff and puff and this was perfect. I’m soaked and worked the core hard but was still able to do each move with a weak core! Saving and thank you ❤

I was nervous about doing a 30 min ab workout because shorter durations of abs are hard for me. This was challenging but also the perfect pace, that I could successfully complete each one. I will definitely do this workout again.

I really appreciate these slow and controlled workouts. I've only recently started trying a few of your workouts focussed on just one body part for 30 mins. Not gonna lie, I was afraid of the abs one. I do think once my crippled back is back to normal I might even enjoy this one because of the slow pace and the focussed breathing. Let's see how I get on next week! ETA: yeah, I don't know about that. My back it healed, could give it my all, it is maybe not as much enjoyable as it is hard haha.

I love the first song, it helps focusing on my breathing and slow movements. Also am I the only one who has a hard time feeling the wipers? I feel it but it’s like not intense . Is it supposed to be an easier exercise?

#MadFit this was amazing! Over the past year I've been focusing on building my core. I've had multiple surgeries (that cut through my abdomen), I realized how much that had weakened me and needed to make a routine to focusing on this area. I have been longing for a video like this!
