Hi Trish, Happy Monday!! Thank you for this great strength workout! I look forward to strength classes on Mondays now! I used a variety of dumbbells from 4 to 8 lbs. What a fantastic variety of moves! 💪 We had a nice weekend. The weather was warm but not too miserable. Babysitting day today! I hope you have a good week! Your daughter must be so excited that this is the last week of school! You are right - this year is flying by! Thank you again and I look forward to working out with you again tomorrow!! Hello Lori. Yes, it seems to be working out that way with strength on Mondays!! Great work using a mixture of weights for each of the exercises. We had a busy but enjoyable weekend ourselves. The weather is incredibly hot for us at the moment. We visited a beach in North Co. Dublin yesterday which is about a 30 min drive from our house. It was lovely walking in the sand. My daughter loves the water! She is excited to be finishing up her school year this week. She will be going to summer camp for one week next week with her school. Have a lovely day with the grandkids. Hopefully they won't tire you out too much. See you in the next workout 🥰🌸🙋‍♀️💜🌺👍

This was a great full body sweaty workout with weights!! It sure makes a difference in lifting those heavier weights while breathing correctly! Good morning Suzanne. Thank you so much for your feedback on today's strength workout! Yes, it's incredible how much we can lift if we get our breathing techniques correct. Engaging our abdominals is such a simple manoeuvre but can really protect our lower back and our joints. Well done with this strength session. Hi Trish I have done other 50's exercise videos but your videos actually get my heart pumping and sweat dripping without the jumping around. So glad I found your channel.

Sweating buckets here, that was challenging but it did seem to go by fast! My goal is for one day to be able to say, " that went by fast AND it was easy." 😃🙏 Thank you Trish!

Thanks so much Christine!! I do like repeating rounds, particularly with strength exercises. I always feel that I perform better the second time through.
