@Kinoyoga -- Thank you! Working out "with you" is a privelege -- tough, light, joyful, soothing, centering --- everything yoga is supposed to be. Thanks for being consistent, present & generous! You're the real deal. You honor yoga in a world that really needs it -- helping push back all that digitally-enabled maya spreading all over. Embarrased to admit i've almost completely dropped off the yoga -- and especially ashtanga -- bandwagon for almost 3 years now. Have not seen a video of yours for almost that long -- and coming back to a Kino-led class was almost like coming back home and reconnecting with a treasured friend and teacher -- even though we've never met.
