Sir I didn't mean to disrespectful but was just saying that frequency of flying beat is too much as compare to this you can post on functional training , like full body workout or any other no other channel is covering that
1. Pre workout meal - Overall food for the day matters not only the pre workout meal. So if you have missed your earlier meal. Don't compensate by eating too much in pre workout meal. 2. Rest - It is important to take proper rest. If you haven't slept the last night or do not have proper rest. Take a day off. 3. Plan your workout - Plan your exercises before starting a workout. Don't just do any exercises. 4. Pre Workout - Use pre workout supplements only when there is need for that. If you're going for a easy workout don't take pre workouts. If you're going for an intense session only then take pre workout supplements.

Fats delay gastric emptying. So peanut butter if added in preworkout meal, it is going to delay gastric emptying and therefor digestion and absorption of other ingredients will also get delayed.

i usually wake up 5.30am 6am at gym to coverup 25km drive, at 8.45am going out from gym for my ofiice at 9.30am, 6.30pm i leave from office work and then start again for practice at gym and drive 25km again 11pm i come back at home and going my bed 12.20am after playing my daughters... and the sleep little bit again same.... but I consume stimul 8 dynamic heavy and my sleep gone away....
@@jayeshpardeshi6675 mainly because of caffeine tolerance. When you keep drinking coffee, you will build a strong tolerance. Meaning after sometime you will completely depend of coffee. Without coffee you wont be able to have a good workout. I suggest only drinking coffee some days instead of everyday.

Sir i go to the gym in the morning. And i have a glass of milk with a banana. I don't eat it for energy. I eat because if a go to the gym empty stomach I feel hungry during workout. So that's why I have my pre workout meal.
