Welcome to the Doubles Run! We are doubling the length of the first interval of every block. Starting with a 3 minute run, we have a 6 minute jog. Then each block gets a little shorter, but a little faster! Let's get sweaty!
41 minutes of run and recovery intervals
All speeds and inclines are suggestions. Please stay safe and within your comfort zone!

This is the best treadmill workout training I've come across. Coach Rachael is amazing. The workouts brilliant. I just did this workout today and loved it. I used so many apps for running with the likes of peloton etc. they don't come close. The workouts are challenging yet fun and there is always something for everyone. You can use the speeds as guides. Coach Rachael is a terrific trainer she's fun very positive her workouts are always inspiring. I've had so much fun and always look forward to training with her. I should also mention that all this is free.

I haven’t watched other channels but I feel I don’t have to. Add these runs to your lifting regiment or add them to a healthy diet and see the results. Can’t ignore how fun and effective these workouts are. Still waiting for Jersey Shore IBX Running day!!! 🏝️

🏝️ That’s a keeper! Holy cow! Been doing Rachael workouts regularly for about a year and a half. Love every one of them but this one was the sweatiest one yet. Rachael, your style is so endearing.

🏝️Gave this one another go! Killer sweat sesh. Thanks for the motivation. I was literally at 8.0 when you said “show up- don’t be 5.6 or don’t be an 8.0, push it” so I went to 9.0 😂 doing things outside the comfort zone!! It feels good! 👍🏼

🏝️Yesss, another great workout! I usually don't eat before your workouts because I tend to overexert myself and I usually spill my guts out in your workouts 😂😂! Today, I reached 184 bpm, a new personal record! I feel so happy! Without your inspiring coaching, I would not be able to achieve this.

🏝 This workout had an OTF Tread 50 vibe and it was hard. Nice way of increasing speed while still allowing for a 1-min walking recovery. Rachel kept me going, it's like she was reading my mind when I wanted to slow down or end the block earlier. 😅

🏝🏝🏝 this week was not a good one for me and I was feeling so down and defeated. This run was everything I needed and more ❤ thanks for giving me the reset I needed 🙏.. p s- I got the worst calf cramp during the 4 min jog but i powered thru 😂😂😂😂

🏝 Did this workout to celebrate Global Running Day 2024 and World Environment Day by completing 5.6km (5/6/2024). Absolutely great workout. I'll be doing this again. ❤ IBX Coach Rachel.

🏝️ this was so fun! But my goal was to finish even if o had to slow down a couple of times, when I did that instead of walking at the 1 minute I went to a slower jog ex if I was jogging at first on 4.5 I would run .8 then I would walk the 1 min but once it was the next interval I tried to go faster but only could go to 5 for my run then 4.5 the jog then walk but bext interval I stayed 4.5 and 5 and didn’t walk at all I went to 4 at my pace jog. I have short legs.. but I did go up to 6 when it was a sprint so I tried to go up some but it was hard. But hard in a doable nice way! Thanks!
