Intervals are great when you want to get MORE in LESS time! This workout combines trampoline cardio with moderate weight compound strength moves to sculpt and tone your entire body! 12 moves with the clock set for 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds' rest. We have 2 ROUNDS! We finish with bonus cardio and core and a great stretch! Grab your weights, trampoline and let's go team!

Wait…I have another trampoline coming that focused on lower body. It’s more strength with some added jumping. I just can’t keep up in the editing side😬

I absolutely loved this one. The voice over for the intervals was FANTASTIC 🎉🎉🎉 “GO! GO! GO!” So motivating ❤ I was in NJ for work this week (near Philly) and thought of you. This was my first rebound workout in 7 days, and it was just what I needed.

*finally got around to doing this one today and WOW this workout brought the heat! burned over 400 active calories and 500 total calories. my heart rate was through the roof but made me feel great in the end!*
