Join Meg from AIM Fitness for a Challenging Core, Legs and Cardio Workout for Adults 50+! This HIIT Class (high intensity interval training) fitness class is for those who consider themselves to be advanced. Follow along with Meg as she leads you through 3 different exercises for your core, strong legs, and your heart for 40 seconds each, followed by a 20 second rest. You will repeat these exercises 2 times through.
Equipment required:
A chair and dumbbell weights (2- 6lb).
Get your heart rate up, improve your stamina, and do something healthy for your heart. This is an advanced cardio and strength workout suitable for Adults 50+, active seniors, and regular exercisers.

I was watching the 5 th sitting exercise, Phone cut off. I have enjoyed what I did and I have to do the other 4 when I'm feeling ok I'm looking after my cat who has had a operation in December. Eating her food needs help. She's 16 going on 17 this May . Bless you and praising God.

It's true that Finley is cute, but I don't think he's thrilled that you interrupted his sleep:) Although he's ok now. 11:39 at night, I didn't want to wait until tomorrow because I couldn't resist doing your workout. This session is just the way I like it, which is to say it contains exercises with weights and squats, as well as cardo. Thank you, Meg, for the superbly designed general development exercises.💛

@@AIMFitnessActivitiesInMotion I exaggerate the amount and length of exercise, and any exaggeration is bad. I neglect sleep and other things. It acts like an addiction. :) E.g. at the moment it's almost 3am in Poland. Tomorrow they won't sleep long because I don't have shopping to do and the shops close early on Saturday. On Sunday I get up at 5 o'clock because I'm going to church. 🙂

Hi Meg, will using dumbbells and kettelbells bulk me up ? I'm wanting to tone up but not bulk up.

Not with what we are doing. These exercises will help tone and build strength, but not bulk
