Join Meg from AIM Fitness for a Challenging Core, Legs and Cardio Workout for Adults 50+! This HIIT Class (high intensity interval training) fitness class is for those who consider themselves to be advanced. Follow along with Meg as she leads you through 3 different exercises for your core, strong legs, and your heart for 40 seconds each, followed by a 20 second rest. You will repeat these exercises 2 times through.
Equipment required:
A chair and dumbbell weights (2- 6lb).
Get your heart rate up, improve your stamina, and do something healthy for your heart. This is an advanced cardio and strength workout suitable for Adults 50+, active seniors, and regular exercisers.
