You are helping me so much !!!! I am 68 years old and want to strengthen myself all over. I Love all your 10 min segments !!! I'm not good at exercising, but I tell myself ... only 10 min... then I usually do 10 more. I have just started. I am 5'4" and 130lbs. I know the importance of keeping up muscle strength and balance to live a happy life. Thank you for helping me try to achieve this !!! You are an inspiration !!! ❤

Love your positive energy, always! I love this Side Leg Series to strengthen the lower body too! Do you mind if I share a Pilates Instructor tip for your community: anyone with sensitive neck and shoulders could lay their upper body all the way down on the floor for support. My goal is to do these after my hip replacement heals. In the interim I love the decor in this room! The ottoman cube is so beautiful, like you, inside and out. Also love the music on here too. Well, I'm going to try to trim my curtain bangs like yours! I've learned so much from your videos...My body.,health, makeup hair and my emotional well-being. Enjoyed the new leg AB workout videos really pleased with my progress after weighing in at 11st I've lost half a stone in a month working out each day just having Sunday as a rest day many thanks for encouragement xx

Hi Shellea , I am glad to have found you. You exercises are gentle with delightful music. I am 54 and struggling with menopause belly. I cried yesterday because I can’t fit into my favorite running pants and scrub tops for work.

I am so delighted to have found you Schellea. I'm a longtime yoga practitioner (30 years +) and avid walker (i had to let go of running 20 years ago). I've been trying to find a fitness class suitable for a very fit (but not obsessive) 65 year old woman (that's me!) interested in being able to continue moving with ease until my last day. Your energy is wonderful--so grounded and joyful and welcoming. My only regret is that i can't take a live class with you! I live in Maine, in the USA:/ (haha i also love your choice of music--low key but lovely, just like you! Be Well and thanks for such great videos!

Just starting working out to Fabulous50 once my knees started hurting, and I’m almost 52. Im sure it’s bc of my weight, but love these low impact workouts, they’re the bomb! Didn’t think I would sweat after a 15 min walk burn and the 10 min slimming leg 🤗

Hi Schellea!, Thankyou for keeping me inspired to move my body. I do deep water running four days and a 5 km walk 4 days but this is not enough. I am 68 and need structured exercise that isn’t impossible to keep doing with the arthritis I have in my knees, feet, hands and arms. I modify where I have to but push gently through the pain. When I first started your stretch classes a few months ago I was in a lot of pain for a couple of weeks but it has diminished such a lot now. My mobility is increasing and I’m feeling happy with my efforts. Thankyou again and by the way….I grew up in Ballina! 🌺❤️

Dang.....made it through this! No extra breaks even though the backbend move reminded me of how tight the fronts of my thighs get. But at 72, I'm sure not complaining. Thanks for this one, and all the others. I work out with you every day and have for going on two years!

First of all, I want to thanks for motivation and inspiration. I have a great expiriance with sport and recreation, but with You I' m relaxed ( no combine, no create exercises, no take care of time and repetitions...). I use to work one day with You, and another day I use to go outside ( tracking or walk). After exercies I use warm and cold water. It is very good for my nervous and sleep.
