New subbie. Joined a gym with TRX. Twice a week I work out my lower body with machines. And thinking working out my upper body once a week with TRX. Not interested in weights for upper body. Hoping I will get the results I seek with TRX.

I am giving myself a 30 day challenge with your workouts. I will do back biceps core, chest triceps core, shoulders core, quads glares and hammies and core, full body core. The two off days will do upper and lower warm ups. Wish me luck.
