Essentially, all these "viral cooking/life hack/craft" channels are running fake and often very dangerous content to maximize their views and clicks. And by dangerous, I mean people have been seriously injured and disfigured. These are from channels like So Yummy, Blossom, 5 Minute Crafts, Troom, Tasty, and about a dozen others; which churn out dozens of these things a day from their content farms in Romania, Cyprus, and a few other locations. Because people don't look at this stuff critically, they just share it around because it looks cool, so it makes quite a lot of money from the advertising views and click-throughs. All of these channels and content farms are owned by one or two corporations, which are themselves typically owned and run by organized crime groups. They're not directly associated with the Russian government, for obvious reasons, but these corporations fund hacking orgs that do propaganda campaigns, infiltration, and other computer black ops on behalf of Putin's government. Typical cyberpunk warfare shit.
