As the other subscriber said, this is also my morning go to. In fact, I just incorporated doing this right before bed! The first morning, as soon as I finished and stood up, I could feel the difference when walking - normally I'm so stiff, first thing in the morning, but day 1, I felt the difference. I'm going to work on your 29 minute low intensity full body workout. Thanks again!
Riiiiiiight, and a whole lot of talking in between. When said 5 minutes, it was just that! The first time I finished, I thought, wait - is that it? I always thought I didn't have time to do anything before starting my hectic day. She proved, it is possible!

When I started doing 3:25 exercise I feel my knees are in pain because of the floor, I tried wearing knee pads but they were itching me all the time Is there a solution? Like is it okay to put a pillow under my knees or this will make the whole position wrong? Thanks in advance🌟
