Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) can make you feel anxious about almost everything and anything from your health, finances, work to relationships - leaving you feeling anxious everyday about a multiple of things and when you're suffering with GAD you may find it very difficult to take control of your worries too, so the anxious thoughts and feelings holds you back from living your life the way you want. This video explains what Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is, so you can understand the signs and symptoms. I also explains some of the support that you may find helpful to relieve and overcome generalised anxiety.

In the moment, deep breaths and reminding myself that this feeling will pass and I will return to feeling calm. I'm looking forward to seeing answers from other people too. I'll take all the help I can get.
