When i started this 700 diet plan i reduced 3 kgs in 10 days but mujhay kuch body problem honay lgi like constipation energy level low that's why mene continue nhi kia ye

Hi, I have acid reflux/ GRED plus asthma problem. Kindly recommend a suitable intermittent fasting plan as i really need to reduce my belly fat. Keeping in mind I can’t eat salad’s and beans or chickpeas every other time . One time on alternate days is fine. Kindly recommend please

I started my diet on 9 Oct I weight 61.4 Day 1:61.4 Day 2 :61.2 Day 3 :61.2 Day 4 : 60.7 Day 5 : 60.7 Day 6 : 60.4 Day 7: 60.1 So I lose 1.3 kg in a week. I think my BMI is normal shayad isi liye km weight lose hua
When i started my weight was 60.50 After day 1 = 59.90 ( followed completly as per video) After day 2= 59.50 ( breakfst and dinner homecooked food no soup ) I did this for 2 day and lost 1 kg this diet really worked for me.. no weakness infact i feel full even after onlt 1.5 small bowl of soup felt no need of late night craving and im a night owl us kay bawajood completed my 16.5 hour intermittent fasting. For sure i will be loosing 4 kgs in 7 days..
