In contrast to the last video a sketchbook tour from 2015, I thought I would show some recent work in my sketchbooks. It has been a slightly hectic few weeks, which has meant I have been still making art but it continues to be all over the place - ( I've been working in the studio, the kitchen table, and outside and trying to draw more from life) After my art slump video I also thought I'd take my own advice and make art for myself- some it I have only got around to videoing and taking pictures of just now. It is good to take a look back over this recent art and hopefully, I can continue to finish off some of these sketchbooks and maybe get back to painting on canvas and some more finished pieces /works on paper.
