I'm so glad you enjoyed! You can safely do this short routine everyday but I would recommend alternating days with other videos to work additional muscles in a variety of ways.

Lifting legs in locust certainly helps the lower spine strength! Also I do bridge pose!

@@beargurl6499 I don't believe it's realistic to rebuild bones, I do this to keep my muscles super strong to support my spine, maintaining the density that I have and develop a strong core.

Thanks Anne, so sorry about ads, in 3 years that is the first time anyone has reported ads as an issue. One ad would be acceptable but 3 is terrible. If you do this video or another one would you let me know if you experience more ads. Thanks for your support!

@@ForeverYogawithSusannah It's the first time I've experienced it as well and I've been using youtube for about 8 years. I didn't know if it was going to be a move to get everyone to pay for "premium" youtube. I agree, the first ad in the beginning is acceptable but interrupting your yoga is another story!

why do you demonstrate poses? pain isnt fun, i had a very challanging time, getting of the floor, a very sore back but all fours helped, why would that happen ?
