Hey man, great video I was just looking if a no pour tek was doable with glass petri dishes, do you think wrapping the dishes in aluminum foil could work the same as taping the stacks?

If you could somehow get an injection port in the side u could incoulate then put the second layer of tape

Some contains are the same color as the agar mix without food coloring. I wouldn’t use green but red and purple are good choices.

Very interesting use of Blue Painters Tape. I was expecting you to flip the fully sealed and completed stacks upside down after they cooled to deal with moisture build-up inside the Petri dishes. Does this mean you haven't seen a problem with moisture? Good Video!

Does it work using tap water for the agar? Doesn’t tap water have chlorine in it to kill bacteria?
