As usual your taste in knives and the quality of your videos is top notch. The only bad thing about your channel is when it dazzles me with spectacular knives that I can't justify purchasing.
Every word in every video is a poetic entry into the individual love letters you present to these wonderful tools. Every frame stands as a photograph worth at least one thousand words. Yet, considering all this, the films are still magnitudes greater than the sum of thier parts. Your productions are a constant reminder of the care, skill, and excellence in this world. Magnificent
Thank you for the excellent video. Once again you have presented us to a new maker in a very tasteful way and given us all the relevant details about the knife. Keep up the great work.
These knifemakers should be paying you money Stefan. Your videos are as good as, or better than any professional advertisement production. Thank you again sir.
3:18 In Russia, such a certificate is issued to any serially produced knife. This is just a copy of the protocol of examination that this knife is not a cold weapon and is not prohibited for free sale. Usually, such a certificate should be carried with you in order to show it on a personal inspection by the police.
Still great mix of music and improving photography. I like the post production editing you did too. It adds nicely and doesn't take away one bit. Your "props" add to the spirit of the knife, not just function of it which enhances the experience. I really appreciate the use of your knives to cut food. So many times, other people demonstrate their knives like I will need to cut my way out of a zombie filled box but can't relate the product to one of the most basic uses for a sharpened edge, food! Well done again, Stefan.
Thank you for another exquisite video Stefan, you have been at the pinnacle of RU-vid video making for a long time now! Such a shame that the knife is yet another (beautiful) example of one which could never be taken out of the home in the UK without risking prosecution on blade length and locking grounds.
Thank you for another great video. The only thing that I am missing is getting a more realistic feeling about the knife size. From the specs it seems medium sized, but when you are slicing with it, it seems rather on the smaller size. It would be very useful if you would please unveil your hand width/size...
The knife is wonderful and your presentation, as always, is superb, but wow, Stefan, where did you get those "Glory to Oktyabr" (par avion) Soviet envelopes? Great Cyrillinc script. Please keep up the teriffic videos.
Moin Stefan! I was a bit concerned about the lack of food preparation but at the end you delivered quite well! 😉 I wonder whether the name “Strisch“ has anything to do with the Russian space suit named similarly? Best regards, Claus
Yeah, I was experimenting with the position of the food prep sequence. - I only know of a Russian speed train with that name. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strizh_(train)
Yo Stefan:-) Know you been busy in the brass end of town, but I love your knife reviews so much! And thanks a lot for this one. Beautiful knife! Haven't checked the prices, but the hard question for me would be between this one and the Grailer. I carry my Hubertus automatic knife in a pouch on my work belt, and I carry my Thiers Compagnon knife in its pouch on my non working days. But sometimes I think it would be nice to add to the collection a knife that just fits in my pocket without wearing a hole through the material on my jeans. And the one difference I notice between the grailler and Russian knife is the that corner at the base of blade that may be a problem as pocket knife. The trailer, bar the thumb screw to open is smooth all the way round. But then the handle on the Russian knife is more beautiful I find. Thanks again Stefan!
уважение
So schade!
