I have since childhood done Nadu shoshan with both nostrils. So basically taking air from both, stopping and then exhaling. Ratio is 1:4:2, is that correct or is it a different Yoga. Example of stepping on one of the mountain heights feels better view of surroundings but when you further 100 meters get much greater and grand view of surroundings! Similar lom anulom is first 100 meters on the mountain and nadi shodhan is much higher top of greater and grand view of oneself. ⭐️👌🙏
आपकी जानकारी बहुत अच्छी है। आपने कहा कि नाड़ी शोधन प्रणायाम में जितना श्वांस लें उससे ज्यादा छोड़ना चाहिए। जबकि श्वांस लेते समय जितनी ऑक्सीजन अंदर जाती हैं, उससे ज्यादा तो निकल ही नहीं सकती। कहीं आपका श्वांस ज्यादा छोड़ने से तात्पर्य ज्यादा समय में छोड़ने से ही तो नहीं है,🙏
