BEEF SEEKH KABAB:-
5 LBS 90/10 Chopped Meat (KEEMA)
2 Med Onions
4 Cloves Garlic (fresh)
1 Bunch Cilantro (washed)
1 TBL SPN Salt
1 TSP Turmeric
2 TSP Black Pepper
2 TSP Cumin Powder
2 TSP Red Chili Powder
KARAHI :-
1 1/2 Cups Oil
2 TBL SPN Garlic Ginger Paste
1 TBL SPN Red Chili
1 TBL SPN Coriander Powder
1 TBL SPN Salt
1 TSP Black Pepper
10 ROMA Tomatoes
1 BUNCH CILANTRO
GARNISH:-
