Currently on a bulk and i find it so hard to find female bulking information / journeys so this was super helpful, honest and real!

Im 6 months new to the gym and trying to bulk, the challenge is definitely eating more. I feel so full all the time and its difficult to intake more protein in interesting ways without it getting boring and tedious.

I love seeing a thicker woman bulking. I keep seeing skinny bulks and I am a hard gainer so it feels hopeful seeing someone not afraid of being bigger

I'm a woman thicker bulker , for a long time I bulked subconsciously because I liked to exercise and eat ! Haha but now I want to have intent this run through. I love bulk women they look so cool !

Just the other day I was training and I saw myself in the mirror and had a breakdown cause I thought I looked so fat, it was just a bad image day I guess, but it’s all part of the process! Seeing how you embrace it is such an inspiration! Keep going with what you do, you’re amazing🫶🏼💞

this happened to me a few days ago and i was wondering if any other women felt similarly. so thanks for sharing :’). i think it’s a bit of a disassociation for me bc i’ve always been traditionally skinny. but i’ve always wanted to be strong. and so even tho i know it’s a part of the process, it’s weird / hard seeing my body change in ways. i think i just need to trust the process and focus on how good it feels to get stronger!

@@pilarkanner7297 i will say, 9 months later i feel so much better! i think i needed time to adjust and accept the process of my body changing and i love myself in each stage now. wishing you the best on your strength journey :)

I grew up in the age of heroin sheek too, and Ally McBeal, Sex in the City, Posh Spice... And woman's magazines telling us we should be supper skinny... It was so unhealthy. :( I'm so glad people are now recognising strong is sexy. I've been doing calisthenics and strength training for a few years now. I'm the heaviest (and probably healthiest) I've ever been and I LOVE my figure now. I love being able to lift heavy things - carry heary shopping bags, lift heavey suitcases in and out of the car etc. Buying clothes is getting harder though!! 😂 Does anyone have any tips for where to by shirts/dresses when you have big shoulders?!

Counting calories is really helpful! I always thought I was eating enough protein.. Well I was not. lol. I think if you're not good with food it is really helpful to start counting what you eat so you'll know how much protein/carbs/fat some foods have etc

Super helpful thank you !! I really feel I've stopped progressing recently and the gym and this was just the info and the push I needed to decide a bulk is what I need to start seeing progress again

That was a really great video about the basics! I struggle with eating a lot and it’s hard to see that I still gained so much fat around my stomach even tho I’m eating just as much as I need to feel good. I don’t track so I don’t know how much I eat and if I’m on a bulk but I noticed that I still gained quite some fat. I know it’s different for everyone and videos like that help me understanding that even more. Thanks Syd

3 kilo’s gained isn’t much. For me it can be the difference between evening and morning or before menstruation or after. 😂 I always am in between 69 and 74 kilos.

Hi and thanks for your video! I’m currently bulking but I’m more into powerlifting training not aesthetic or bodybuilding that’s why seeing my reflection in the mirror sometimes kinda hurt me tho 😅 but I’m keeping in mind that I need trust to the process You r such an inspiration, thanks for your hard work (Sorry for my English, I’m not a native speaker)

I'm just starting my bulk, and I'm already feeling fat, but I know the gains outweigh the cons. Ugh, the hardest part is actually finding time to eat all that food.

thank you for this! really enjoyed it and learnt a bit more as im currently trying to bulk and finding it so hard. I've got a q tho, why do people bulk and then cut then bulk and cut again? is that because your goals/preference or what you want changes over time? xx

People often bulk to build muscle underneath the fat. They cut to see the muscles more. A lot of the time bulking isn't an aesthetic goal, it's just the method to get more muscle at a lower weight (after a cut). Some people find bulking for long periods challenging too, so they'll cut in between to feel better. If someone is going for more of a recomp they may not need to do a huge bulk, so it allows steady but slow gains over time. Whereas bulking makes it much easier to gain strength and muscle. The cut will refocus some of that, but not all.

I needed this entire video. 🥹 I just decides to make this year an improvement season & food hs been a concern. We (food & I) aren't the best of friends & don't have a great history.
